Article 1. Appropriateness
shirts4all.com (called "Shirts4All" below )
The customer and/or visitor of shirts4all.com (called "you" below)
The General Delivery Conditions are applicable on all offers, orders and agreements of Shirts4All. Shirts4All reserves the right to change agreements without engagement, prices and other information. You cannot derive rights from the contents of the website.
Article 2. Offers and agreements
Accepting an action and/or offer, or placing an order through Shirts4All, means that you accept the appropriateness of these Conditions.
All offers and/or actions of Shirts4All are without engagement. Shirts4All explicitly reserves the right to change prices, agreements and other information. An agreement takes place upon acceptation of your order at Shirts4All. Shirts4All has the right to refuse or remove orders without having to pay damages.
It might occur that you order an article which is no longer available. In such a case you will be informed by Shirts4All as soon as possible. Shirts4All reserves the right to definitely remove your order in such a case and to not deliver or to postpone the delivery, without having to pay damages. If Shirts4All cannot deliver your paid order, your money will be repaid on your account.
Shirts4All cannot be hold responsible for lost or damage which might have been caused by using the services and/or products of third parties, for example transport
Although all information, prices, sizes, product descriptions, dimensions, colors and photo's on Shirts4All are composed with great care, Shirts4All cannot guarantee that there aren't any mistakes and that product photo's and/or colors might deviate from the real product.
Article 3. Colors and measurements
All reproduced colors on Shirts4All are only an indication. Since they will be different on each monitor, you cannot even use them as reference. All print dimensions are only an indication. Since the measurements after printing on the clothes can deviate a bit from the first measurement, you cannot use them as reference.
You tell Shirts4All wich sizes you want to buy, but we advise you to order first a blank/unprinted sample, so u can see first the size and the quality of the article before u do a final order, Shirts4All cannot be hold responsible for possibly too samll or too large sizes, this also for the quality as well.
Article 4. Prices and payments
All prices for the offered products and services are in Euro, exclusive of 19% VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. You always pay in advance with shirts4all.com. A prepayment saves us a lot of unnecessary administration costs and in this way you can always benefit from our very low prices.
Article 5. Delivery
Unprinted textile is delivered (under the condition that it is in stock) within a couple of days upon receipt of the payment. Concerning printed or embroidered textile Shirts4All will do her utmost to make sure that your order can be shipped within 2-3 weeks. It might however occur that it takes longer. The expected delivery time always remains in consultation between Shirts4All and the customer.
You are obligated to purchase the products you bought when they are delivered or when they, according to the agreement, are at your disposal. The ordered products are processed, packed and shipped per mail with the best possible care.
Article 6. Return and exchange
In case of articles with a wrong print you can return them, unworn and undamaged, within 7 days in the original package. In other cases we don't accept a return or exchange, since the articles have been printed especially for you.
Delivered unprinted articles must be checked (correctness of size, number, color etc) within 24 hours upon receipt. Articles which have already undergone a treatment cannot be returned anymore.
Unprinted articles can only be returned after a request per E-mail, request should be within a period of 3 working days. Shirts4All will inform you then by E-mail if they can be returned or not. Return should be send whithin 3 working days and always as paidreturn. Shirts4All sends an invoice for returning, as a compensation for the costs we make. This amount is minimally 10% of the value of the goods or Euro 10,00. After having deducted the returning costs we will repay the rest of the value of the goods on your account, under the conditions that the goods are delivered to Shirts4All according to the agreement, undamaged and unworn.
The cancellation of an order which has already been processed within 24 hours upon payment is possible (only unprinted articles), only after deducting the costs made by us plus the administration costs; in this case the rest of the value of the goods is repaid on your account. An order which has to be printed can unfortunately not be cancelled.
Samples may not be returned/exchanged since in most cases the shipping/returning costs and administration/cancellation costs are higher than the article's value.
Article 7. Washing instructions
Unprinted articles must be washed based on the information on the manufacturer's sticker. Shirts4All is not responsible for the information the sticker (doesn't) mentions.
Articles which are printed may be washed based on below washing instructions:
Attention (if the sticker mentions a lower washing temperature, you must follow the sticker)
Screen print:
Washable until 30°c
Flex print:
Washable until 30°C
Embroidery:
Washable until 30°c
The quality is sufficient to wash with a bit higher washing temperature, but in order to give your articles an extra life length we advise you to follow the above mentioned washing instructions.
Above mentioned washing instructions are only indicative. Shirts4All cannot be hold responsible for damage which might have been caused by washing or by wrongly programmed washing temperatures. This is valid for both printed and/or unprinted articles. Washing, maintenance and treatment of already delivered articles always remains the customer's responsibility.
Article 8. Ready-made printing
Printing and/or treatment of ready-made prints always remains the customer's responsibility. Shirts4All cannot be hold responsible for damage that might have been caused by printing ready-made prints.
Article 9. Presents
FREE presents are (if applicable) shipped to the customer together with the order once-only. It is not possible to return/exchange them. They are supplied without guarantees, as long as stocks last.
Article 10. Privacy
Shirts4All respects the privacy of all customers and visitors and makes sure that the personal data which you supply to Shirts4All is treated confidentially. Shirts4All uses your data in order to make sure that your orders will be processed as quickly and easy as possible. For the rest, Shirts4All will only use these data with your permission. Shirts4All will never supply your personal data to third parties.
